LetsGoTCG Giveaway Rules & Terms

1. Sponsor

This giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored and administered solely by LetsGoTCG (“Sponsor,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, Pokémon, Nintendo, Game Freak, Creatures Inc., The Pokémon Company International, Linktree, or any other third-party platform or company referenced in promotional content.

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of locations where such promotions are legally permitted.

Participants must:

  • Be at least 18 years old, or

  • Have permission from a parent or legal guardian if under the age of majority in their jurisdiction.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law.

The Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time.

3. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins upon public announcement and ends once the LetsGoTCG YouTube channel reaches 1,000 subscribers, unless modified, suspended, or terminated earlier at the Sponsor’s discretion.

The Sponsor reserves the right to extend, shorten, modify, suspend, or cancel the Giveaway at any time for any reason, including but not limited to fraud, technical issues, platform policy concerns, or circumstances beyond Sponsor control.

4. How to Enter

To receive one (1) entry:

  1. Subscribe to the LetsGoTCG YouTube channel (@LetsGoTCGtv).

  2. Comment on any eligible LetsGoTCG video or social media post during the Giveaway period.

Eligible platforms may include YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, or other LetsGoTCG official social accounts.

Limitations:

  • One (1) entry per person per eligible post/video.

  • Spam, duplicate, repetitive, automated, bot-generated, misleading, or abusive entries may be removed or disqualified at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

  • Repeated copy-paste comments, low-effort spam comments, or attempts to artificially manipulate engagement metrics may result in entry disqualification.

No purchase, payment, donation, or financial transaction is required to participate.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive:

  • One sealed Ascended Heroes Booster Bundle.

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): Determined at time of fulfillment.

Prize is:

  • Non-transferable

  • Not redeemable for cash

  • Subject to availability

Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

6. Winner Selection & Notification

The winner will be selected randomly from eligible entries after the Giveaway goal is reached.

The selected winner may be contacted through:

  • YouTube

  • Instagram

  • TikTok

  • Facebook

  • Email

  • Or another reasonable method of communication

If a selected winner:

  • Does not respond within a reasonable timeframe,

  • Is found ineligible,

  • Violates these rules,

  • Or cannot accept the prize,

Sponsor may select an alternate winner.

7. Publicity

By entering, participants grant Sponsor permission to use:

  • Username

  • Social handle

  • First name

  • Comments or submitted content

for promotional, marketing, winner announcement, and social media purposes related to the Giveaway without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

8. Platform & Community Compliance

Participants must comply with all applicable platform rules, terms, and community standards, including but not limited to:

Entries containing any of the following may be removed or disqualified at Sponsor’s sole discretion:

  • Spam comments

  • Repetitive or copy-pasted comments

  • Automated or bot-generated engagement

  • Harassment or abusive conduct

  • Hate speech

  • Fraudulent activity

  • Misleading or deceptive behavior

  • Offensive, illegal, or inappropriate material

  • Attempts to manipulate entry systems or platform algorithms

Sponsor reserves the right to moderate comments and disqualify entries that violate platform policies, community standards, or the spirit of the Giveaway.

9. Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless:

  • LetsGoTCG

  • YouTube

  • TikTok

  • Instagram

  • Facebook

  • Pokémon-related companies

  • And affiliated partners/platforms

from any liability, claim, loss, damage, injury, or expense arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance/use of any prize.

Sponsor is not responsible for:

  • Technical failures

  • Internet outages

  • Platform errors

  • Lost or delayed entries

  • Unauthorized access

  • Data corruption

  • Miscommunications

  • Or any events outside Sponsor’s reasonable control.

10. Privacy

Information submitted in connection with this Giveaway may be used solely for:

  • Administering the Giveaway

  • Contacting winners

  • Compliance and recordkeeping purposes

Sponsor will not knowingly sell participant personal information.

11. Tax Responsibility

Winner is solely responsible for any applicable federal, state, provincial, local, or international taxes, duties, or reporting obligations associated with prize receipt.

12. Governing Law

These rules shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws applicable in the Sponsor’s operating jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

13. Acceptance of Rules

By participating in the Giveaway, entrants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Official Rules & Terms.
